The Market will review vendor applications based upon product type, current number of vendors selling similar products, and product quality. The Market strives to have no more than 2 vendors selling very similar items. This is determined on a case by case basis by the Market committee. Although many may apply, not all will be approved. Uniqueness and product fit for community will be considered in vendor acceptance decisions. When the market is at capacity, no additional vendors will permitted, but may be placed on a waiting list. Being placed on a waiting list does not guarantee that a vendor will be allowed in current or future markets.
-
Payment must be made upon approval of application to confirm your vendor space/date. The vendor fee starts at $60.00. Vendor fees vary based on events and may be more for specialty events. Payment confirms your vendor spot. Verbal or written statements with intentions of being at market or making payment is not accepted. There are multiple approvals in all categories and acceptance is based on whom paid first (approved vendors).

If a vendor does not have required weights, they will not be allowed to set up a tent. Or you may rent weights from our team for $20. You will be required to pay on site and provide your identification. ID will be returned to you at end of market, once weights are returned.
