🦸♂️ VENDOR THEME PARTICIPATION – CHOOSE YOUR SIDE! 🦹♀️
To help us create an immersive Heroes vs. Villains experience, all vendors are encouraged to choose a side: Team Hero or Team Villain.
When registering, please let us know:
* Which side you’re representing (Hero or Villain)
* If your booth will feature any superhero, villain, comic book, movie, or pop-culture themed products
* If you plan to offer themed merchandise, food, drinks, décor, costumes, giveaways, or interactive activities related to your chosen side
Feel free to draw inspiration from your favorite heroes and villains from comics, movies, television, or original characters. Whether you’re assembling with the heroes or embracing your mischievous side with the villains, your participation will help us create themed marketing, vendor spotlights, and our Hero vs. Villain Community Challenge.
Vendor credit for future event if you have themed booth décor, costumes, signage, and products!
Please include your chosen side and any themed items in the notes section of your application so we can feature you in our event advertising.

Beginning in 2026, pricing has been adjusted to include trash removal services in coordination with the City of Orlando, Baldwin Park, and local businesses to ensure a clean and organized event footprint.
Payment Information Vendors may save $5 on their vendor fee by paying via Cash App.

Please ensure that you have read and understood your virtual vendor application. NO REFUNDS or exceptions will be made due to weather or failure on the part of the vendor. Effective 2024, the fee cannot be moved to a new date, unless you have paid for vendor payment insurance.
