Important Updates:
* Vendor Placement:
Preferred vendor spacing/selection will not be available. All vendor placements will be assigned by event production to ensure proper layout, safety, and flow.
* Updated Pricing Structure (Effective 2026):
Vendor pricing now includes trash removal services, coordinated in partnership with the City of Orlando, Baldwin Park, and local businesses to maintain a clean and organized event environment.
* Street Closure Setup:
This event will operate under a full street closure, allowing for expanded vendor setup, increased foot traffic flow, and enhanced guest experience.

Please ensure that you have read and understood your virtual vendor application. NO REFUNDS or exceptions will be made due to weather or failure on the part of the vendor. Effective 2024, the fee cannot be moved to a new date, unless you have paid for vendor payment insurance.
