To accommodate such situations, we offer Vendor Payment Insurance, an optional service that allows you to transfer your payment to an alternative event date. This coverage is available on a per-event basis for an additional fee, in addition to the standard $45 fee. Vendor Payment Insurance provides peace of mind by ensuring that your payment remains protected. In the event of an emergency or unexpected change in plans, you can rest assured that your payment will not be forfeited. Please note that all fees are non-refundable.
