Join us for a fun-filled evening market featuring local shopping, dining, live music, and tropical luau vibes. We’re looking for vendors, makers, artisans, nonprofits, and specialty businesses to be part of this family-friendly community event.

Beginning in 2026, pricing has been adjusted to include trash removal services in coordination with the City of Orlando, Baldwin Park, and local businesses to ensure a clean and organized event footprint.
Payment Information Vendors may save $5 on their vendor fee by paying via Cash App.

Registration is not considered complete until payment has been received.
Luau Night at the Village- Baldwin Park Community Market
Please ensure that you have read and understood your virtual vendor application. NO REFUNDS or exceptions will be made due to weather or failure on the part of the vendor. Effective 2024, the fee cannot be moved to a new date, unless you have paid for vendor payment insurance.
